Take one patch from the pack; be sure you close the pack correctly to avoid the other patches to dry. Peel off the protective layer and place the patch in the lower part of your tummy (below the belly button), or on your lower back. Be You patches release essential oils for up to 12h. Once you decide to remove your patch, start from one corner and gently remove it. You can dispose of Be You in the recyclable. You can use each patch just once.
