All pureeros™ products are delivered with a discrete package with no reference to the type of product inside the delivery box. We also avoid using any logo or other information that may lead back to our website. This way, we keep the highest level of discretion.
In partnership with DHL and GLS, pureeros™ assures its customers fast and traceable shipments, guaranteeing maximum level of privacy on the content of your parcel. After receiving the purchase confirmation email, customers will receive an email once their item is ready and picked up by our courier; this will contain the tracking code. In same cases we might use different/local couriers, always maintaining our level of privacy and services.
We offer free delivery on all order above £30 / €30. For any order below £30 / €30 shipping fees are £4.50 / €4.50.
Where We Deliver
We deliver throughout all of Europe and the United States.
Shipping Time & Tracking Code
Our deliveries are usually done within 72h from the purchase in Europe, and within 5-12 days in the US. Delays on the deliveries can be caused by factors such as: order time, place of delivery (example: islands), festivities and weather conditions.
During this unfortunate period of Covid-19, deliveries could be delayed, but we do our best to help our clients receive their purchases as soon as possible.
During holidays, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas and any other special occasion, we recommend that you make your purchase in advance to receive your delivery on time. During special occasions delivery time could take longer due to high volumes of orders .
All orders received before 3:00pm (GMT +1 / Rome Time) are processed and shipped the same day. Orders received on Friday after 3:00pm or during weekends or public holidays, will be promptly processed on the first available working day.
If You Are Not at Home
If your delivery is made via DHL, and the courier does not find you at home, you will find a notice in your mailbox. This notice contains all the instructions to contact the courier and arrange a new delivery. Normally the package is kept at the courier's deposit for a maximum of 7 working days at no additional cost. Beyond this limit, you will be charged storage costs and any shipping costs, in the event that the package is not collected and DHL will have to send the goods back to our warehouses.
If the delivery is made via GLS and you are not at home, the driver usually makes 2 more attempts over the following 2 days. After that, the item can be kept for an additional 2 days at the courier's facility and is then sent back to us.
If Your Package Has Not Arrived Yet
In the event that your package has not arrived within 5 working days from the date of your order, we invite you to contact us as soon as possible by writing to our Customer Service at: firstname.lastname@example.org.
In the email you will need to specify some of the following information to help us retrieve your order:
- Your Full Name
- Order number
- Date of purchase
- Delivery Address
All electronic payments made on pureeros™ will appear on your statement with our company name "La Fenice srls" and owner of the brand "pureeros™". This guarantees our users an extra layer of privacy together with the delivery service via an anonymous package.

We adopted a structure where all your transactions are made in the easiest and safest way possible.
We do not store any data concerning the credit cards used on our site and we do not share any detail with third parties.
We accept major credit cards such as American Express, Visa, Maestro and MasterCard. We do not accept cash payment or bank transfers.
