Every electronic payments made on pureeros™ will appear on your statement as "The Luxury Avenue" - the holding company owner of pureeros™ brand. This guarantees pureeros™ users a further layer of privacy together with the delivery service via anonymous package.

Security and Payment Methods

Pureeros™ does not store any data concerning the credit cards used on our site and does not share any detail with third parties.

All payments done on pureeros ™ platform are processed via the leader of security and payments: PayPal.  This allows pureeros ™ to give its customers the possibility of using the best technologies in terms of electronic transactions and security.

Pureeros ™ accepts the major credit cards such as: American Express, Visa, Maestro, MasterCard. Payments can be done also via PayPal Express Check Out, which allows customers to use their PayPal account to pay.


In partnership with DHL, pureeros™ assures its customers fast and traceable shipments, guaranteeing also the maximum level of privacy on the content of the box. After receiving the purchase confirmation email, as soon as the box is ready and picked up by DHL, customers will receive an additional email containing the tracking code.

Anonymous package

All pureeros™ products are delivered in a completely anonymous package with no reference to the type of product inside the delivery box. Pureeros ™  also avoids the presence of any logo or other information that may lead back to its site. In this way pureeros™ guarantees its customers the discretion on every purchase.

Shipping fees

Free delivery on all orders over £25. For orders under £25 the shipping fee is £4.

Shipping Time & Tracking Code

Pureeros ™  guarantees fast shipments within 72h from the purchase. Delay on the delivery can be caused by factors such as: order time, place of delivery (example: islands), festivities and weather conditions.

During holidays such as Christmas, we recommend that you make any purchase in advance to ensure the delivery in time.

All orders received before 3:00pm (GMT +1 / Rome Time) are processed and shipped the same day.  Orders received on Friday after 3:00pm or during weekends or public holidays, will be promptly processed on the first available working day.

Thanks to DHL, all your purchases will be monitored by the tracking code. To track your parcel just go on DHL website and enter your tracking code to verify the status of your delivery.

If you are not at home

In the event that the courier does not find you at home, you will find the DHL notice in your mailbox. This notice contains all the instructions to contact the courier and arrange a new delivery. Normally the package is kept at the courier's deposit for a maximum of 7 working days at no additional cost. Beyond this limit, you will be charged storage costs and any shipping costs, in the event that the package is not collected and DHL will have to send the goods back to our warehouses.
