In case of any problem with your purchase, we invite you to contact our Customer Service within 24 hours from the receipt of your order.

We also invite you to check if your product is covered by warranty by the manufacturer brand and to register it as soon as possible. This can guarantee you a better coverage in case of any problem with the product.

Our policies in detail:

I. In case you receive a wrong or damaged product we guarantee:

1) Exchange with the same new product, without additional costs

2) Voucher of the same amount you spent to use on our platform

In case of exchange the procedure is very simple:

  1. Contact our Customer Service at: within 48 hours from the receipt of the product. In the email please add the following info:

    1. Detail about the problem

    2. Your name

    3. Order number

    4. Delivery address of your order

  2. Our Team will provide you the details on how to send back the product to one of our checkpoints

  3. As soon as we receive the product, it will be checked and a new item will be shipped to you at no additional costs.

Note: if the product develops any issue after being used or after 14 days from the purchase, we do not guarantee any exchange or refund or voucher. Please check the manufacturer's warranty in this case.

II. Refund

Refund is guaranteed only within 14 days from the purchase and when all the following criteria are met:

a) the right applies to the product purchased in its entirety (not used)

b) the purchased good must be intact and returned in its original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging, any further transparent protection around the box, and any documentation, etc.) in all cases the use of labels or adhesive tapes directly on the original packaging of the product

must be avoided

c) the shipping costs related to the return of the goods are charged to the customer. Until the shipping arrives at our warehouses, the shipping is under the full responsibility of the Customer.


1. In the event of damage to the goods during transport, pureeros™ will promptly notify the Customer - by the 5th working day from receipt of the goods in its warehouses - to allow him to present a complaint against the courier chosen and obtain reimbursement of the value of the asset (if insured); in this case, the product will be made available to the customer for his return, simultaneously canceling the request for withdrawal

2. Pureeros™ is not responsible in any way for damage or theft / loss of goods returned by uninsured shipments; upon arrival (in stock), the product will be examined to assess any damage or tampering not caused by transport. If the packaging and / or the original packaging are damaged, pureeros™ will deduct from the refund due a percentage, however not exceeding 10% of the same, as a contribution to the costs of restoration

3. Without prejudice to any restoration costs for damages established to the original packaging, pureeros™ will refund the Customer the full amount already paid, excluding shipping costs, within 14 days from the return of the goods. The repayment transaction will be made by pureeros™ by crediting the amount due, which will be paid to the credit card.
