At Pureeros™ we totally understand the feeling you have when you purchase a product and something goes wrong, that’s why we are always ready and keen to support you in case of any need. In case something is wrong with your item or you would like to ask for a refund or exchange, please contact us within 36 hours of the item being delivered.
I. We offer 100% Refund or Exchange
1. If you receive a broken item or the item develops a fault within 2 months from the purchase (please return the product in its original conditions)
2. If you receive the wrong product (the product must be returned in its original conditions and must not be used)
3. In case of refund or exchange, we will cover any delivery costs for UK by using Royal Mail Tracked 48.
For International orders, if you receive a broken item or the wrong product, we will cover delivery costs only if you choose the exchange option.
II. We offer Exchange only
1. If the item develops a fault between the 3rd and 9th month from the purchase
2. In case of exchange only we do not cover any delivery cost.
If you change your mind, you can always ask for a refund within 14 days from the purchase. Due to the obvious health and hygiene implications with adult goods, for the goods to be returned, if they are not broken, the following terms have to be met:
1. The goods must be unused
2. The goods must be in their original condition and packaging
3. Goods that are not heat sealed in the box are non refundable and non exchangeable
4. Items supplied in sealed packaging that have been opened are non refundable and non exchangeable
5. The goods must be received back within 14 days from the day you receive the order
