HOW DOES IT WORK?

1. Once we receive your payment, we’ll email you with your Pureeros E-Gift Card.
2. The E-Gift Card will display the value and a unique code (i.e. GRACE1234) of the same value.
3. The person who will receive the E-Gift Card will have to insert the unique code during her checkout process in the discount code field on checkout page.

Having clicked on the “apply” button, the system will automatically update the code and discount her cart.

Each unique code can be used only once.
Each unique code expire in one year time from the date you will receive it via email.

If the total order amount exceeds your E-Gift Card, you will need to pay the outstanding balance using a debit or credit card. If your E-Gift Card exceeds the total amount of your order, the remaining balance of your E-Gift Card cannot be redeemed next time and never be redeemed in the future. Since this is a one-time use E-Gift Card, we sincerely advise you to add more products into the check-out shopping cart in order to use up the entire value of the E-Gift Card in one purchase. Failure to do so shall mean that you have given up the right to consume the remaining balance.

Acceptance of this E-Gift Card constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions, which may change at any time.

E-GIFT CARDS LIMITATIONS

You may not return or cancel your Pureeros E-Gift Card after it has been received. Purchasers who wish to cancel an E-Gift Card purchase order prior to its delivery to a recipient should contact Customer Service at customerservice@pureeros.com in an appropriate time frame.

E-Gift Cards are activated immediately once the recipient has received the code, expire in one year time and are one time use only. This E-Gift Card is obtained and purchased from Pureeros and since you have purchased it means you understand, accept and are binding with the restrictions attached to this E-Gift Card

You may not use an E-Gift Card to purchase other E-Gift Cards. E-Gift Cards cannot be reloaded, resold, transferred for value, or redeemed for cash, except to the extent required by law. Void if reloaded, resold, transferred for value, or redeemed for cash. E-Gift Cards that have not been used yet may not be transferred.

Gift Cards are subject to the Pureeros Privacy Policy.

RISK OF LOSS

Ownership and risk of loss of E-Gift Cards passes to the purchaser as soon as we send our confirmation to the recipient. We are not responsible for lost or stolen E-Gift Cards.

If you need assistance with any aspect of your purchase, ownership, or use of your E-Gift Card, please contact Customer Service at customerservice@pureeros.com. Please refer to your order number, or be ready to supply your email address.

REASONS FOR FAILED DELIVERY OF ONLINE GIFT CARD

Virtual Gift Cards are delivered via email. If you have confirmed the recipient's email address but the Online Gift Card has not been viewed within a reasonable period after the requested delivery date, following is a list of the most common reasons why delivery may have failed:
· Spam filter blocked email or routed it to a bulk/spam folder
· Recipient's firewall blocked the email
· Email inbox is over size limit
· Invalid email address
