HOW DO WE DELIVER?

All products are shipped discreetly in a brown box with absolutely no indication of the contents.
All goods that are dispatched are sent by a recorded insured service. This means goods will not be left on the doorstep or with neighbours.

WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY COSTS AND OPTIONS?

I. For the United Kingdom

FREE 24h Tracked Delivery (1 working day)



The cut off time for any order is 3 p.m. 

NOTE FOR CHRISTMAS HOLIDAYS: for UK deliveries order before Wed 21st December to be sure you'll receive your delivery in time for Christmas! 

II. For the rest of Europe and the United States

FREE Royal Mail International Tracked Service (3 - 7 working days)
We ship in Europe* and in the USA. We use the Royal Mail International Tracked Service, able to deliver your item anywhere. The cut off time for any order is 3 p.m.

NOTE FOR CHRISTMAS HOLIDAYS: for International deliveries order before Mon 19th December to be sure you'll receive your delivery in time for Christmas!

If you order products at location under jurisdictions different from the United Kingdom, you may be subject to import duties and taxes which are applied when the delivery arrives to the final destination. Please note that we have no control over these charges and we cannot estimate their final amount. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the products are destined. We will not be liable or responsible if you break any such law.

Please note that delivery time for International Delivery can be subject to your local post service.

CLICK&COLLECT WITH PARCELLY

If your are not sure you will be able to pick up you parcel or you prefer to choose your favourite shop around the corner to pick it up whenever you want, now with Pacelly you can!

Parcelly is the easiest way to receive your delivery. How does it work?

1. Shop on Pureeros
Use our Click&Collect option to choose your favourite 24h shop to collect your parcel

2. Choose your favourite local center
You can select a pick up location from the map or suggest a new one*.

3. Enter the details for the person who will pick up the parcel
You can pick up the parcel on your own or ask your partner or a friend.

4. Collect in the local center
Parcelly will notify you via email, SMS or push notification on the Parcelly app as soon as your parcel has arrived at your chosen location, and will provide you with the unique 6-digits ID code needed to identify your parcel. Whenever is more convenient to you, use your ID to collect your parcel. We guarantee full privacy: the parcel is always in a discreet box, with no labels or brands.

IF YOU ARE NOT HOME WHEN YOUR ORDER ARRIVES?

The postman or courier will leave a card telling you how and where to collect your parcel. Usually your order will be kept for 7 days, after that it will return to us. If so, please contact us.

IF YOUR ODER DOES NOT ARRIVE WHEN EXPECTED?

For the UK, if you do not receive your order within 5 working days, please contact us. If you ordered from abroad (Europe or rest of the World) and you do not receive your item within 9 working days, please contact us!
